First challenge so why not hit the lead pile and venture into the chambers of challenge?  

This is a resin doorway, manufacture lost over time, a GW spider and a GW plastic bitz figure.  

Any good adventurer knows to clear the room "and" ceiling.  The intrepid footslogger forgot rule number two and will likely pay with some venom.

The weather has turned in the Dakotas so with social distancing and 7 degrees without wind chill, painting will be to the front.





My estimate is 20 pts for the trap, 5 for the 28mm adventurer and 5 for the base and spider?  Total 30.

Royal Marines Fall is here and the brush is back in action.  I'm putting on a SP2 pirate game as we have used pirates in the past and a few of the gang of small forces.  This will by a game based on a scenario from TFL 2017 Xmas special.  I have done two groups of 8 with a Lieutenant and a Corporal.  The figures are Wargames Foundry and lovely to paint.  The game was great fun and we call the weekend MaTL3 (Mistake at the Lake).  I used two Geek Villian Battle Mats, which are superb.  Need a few more boats to ferry to troops in.  The Marines got 3 moves as the pirate on watch was under the influence, (go figure).  The game was a bloody fight with the Marines losing Force Morale with the pirates at 2 Force Morale, so could have gone either way.  We did forget the extra prominent leader rolls when the pirates had to bad things happen roll.   Could have made a big difference.  Great game.
